Mann Packing Co.’s Nourish Bowls aren’t just for lunch and dinner anymore.

Mann Packing, Salinas, Calif., is launching two breakfast bowls in the Nourish line:

Denver Scramble — kale, sweet potato, cauliflower and broccoli, with a bell pepper sauce that has diced ham and onion, and a cheddar cheese topping; and

Fiesta Scramble — kale, cauliflower, kohlrabi and butternut squash, with a pico de gallo salsa that has chicken chorizo, and a Mexican cheese blend topping.

To make, add 1-2 eggs and microwave for four minutes, according to a news release. They are 330 calories or less, with up to 25 grams of protein.

“We aim to continually innovate with our product offerings, and there is no better place to reinforce our leadership in the category and introduce our new Nourish Bowls Breakfast items than at PMA Fresh Summit,” Rick Russo, Mann’s vice president of sales, marketing and product management, said in the release.

The two new breakfast bowls join the others in Mann Packing’s line of bowls: Monterey Risotto, Sesame Sriracha, Southwest Chipotle, Smokehouse Brussels, Spicy Thai, Basil Pesto, Tomato Bolognese and Cauli Rice Curry.

The breakfast bowls will be on display in the “On the Go” new products showcase at Fresh Summit in Orlando, Fla. They will also be available to sample at the Del Monte Fresh/Mann Packing booth, No. 2901, on Oct. 19-20.
