Copy editor and designer Amelia Freidline and retail editor Ashley Nickle discuss their experiences with Brussels sprouts, an easy way to prepare them, and Ashley's recent discovery of some brilliant point-of-sale material related to the vegetable.

According to The Packer's Fresh Trends consumer research, only 17% of millennials purchased Brussels sprouts in the last 12 months, but the number was just 21% for people 40-49, 26% for people 50-58 and 24% for people 59 and older.
