Monterey Mushrooms has redesigned the labels for all of its fresh mushrooms.
The new labels feature fresh, bright colors, product benefit call-outs and an easy-to-read nutrition labels, according to a news release.
“Shoppers want to see fresh produce clearly and understand how to use the contents,” Lindsey Roberts, Monterey’s marketing manager, said in a news release.
The redesign process gave the company an opportunity to bring consistency to design elements, according to release, along with a consistent use of colors for banners, background, net weight and country of origin labeling.
The company is currently distributing mushrooms with the new labels to retailers.
