Let’s Blend is available in an 8-ounce packages for retail customers in three flavors: Classic, Mexican and Italian. The line is also offered in 8-ounce and 40-ounce packages for foodservice customers, in both unseasoned or pre-seasoned flavors.
Targeted customers are home cooks and institutions such as schools and healthcare facilities, said Lindsey Roberts, company marketing manager.
“People want to eat better without giving up flavor and texture,” Roberts said in a news release. “Let’s Blend works well with ground beef, chicken, lamb, pork or turkey. It makes meat juicer without adding fat or cholesterol.”
The retail Let’s Blend recyclable packaging offers an extended shelf life and cooking instructions on the pack, according to the release.
Visitors to Southern Exposure can sample Let’s Blend Queso, at the Monterey Mushrooms booth, No. 717. The company will also have samples of its full fresh line.
