Moza LLC, Moscow, Pa., has been cited by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for not paying for $333,328 of fresh produce shipments.

The company owes eight sellers, for product received from July 2016 to June 2017, according to a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act citation.

As a result, the company cannot operate in the produce industry until Nov. 24, 2020, and then only after the USDA approves a new PACA license, according to a news release.

Company principal David M. Martin cannot be employed by or affiliated with a PACA licensee until November 24, and only after posting a USDA-approved surety bond.
