The National Association of Perishable Agricultural Receivers’ annual golf tournament is May 12.
The event, the Pete Class Memorial Golf Tournament, is the group’s 19th golf tournament, and is named in memory of Pete Class, former CEO of Class Produce Group, a Mid-Atlantic produce wholesaler/fresh-cut company in Jessup, Md.
More than 100 industry members will participate in the golf tournament at the Royce Brook Country Club, Hillsborough, N.J., which also includes an awards luncheon and raffle.
“The continued success of NAPAR’s Pete Class Memorial Tournament is due to the hard work of our members and the generous support of our sponsors,” association chairman Matthew D’Arrigo of D ‘Arrigo Bros. of New York said in a news release.

D’ Arrigo, JD Brown of Wakefern Food Corp. and Jay Rosenstein of William Rosenstein & Sons make up the golf tournament committee.
