Pistachio and almond grower-processor Nichols Farms, Hanford, Calif., has promoted Nick Rush to director of sales.
Rush joined Nichols Farms in early 2014 as national account manager. Before that, he was a sales analyst with olive oil company Borges USA-Star Fine Foods.
He’ll continue Nichols Farms’ brand vision with direct national sales managers Charlotte Avila and Alex Gomez, and reports to Tristan Simpson, chief sales and marketing officer, according to a news release. Rush will be responsible for leading domestic and international strategic sales efforts and brand performance, and seek new ventures for the company, according to the release.
“His continued success and drive will not only add to our commitment of high-quality products and high-quality people, but solidify our brand’s long term success in the global marketplace,” Simpson said in the release.
