Produce Delight LLC is no longer barred from operating in the fresh produce industry after satisfying a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act order.

Produce Delights, Los Angeles, satisfied the $5,292 claim owed to a California seller, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The company can continue operating in the produce industry.

Wael R. Abdallah, who was listed as a member of the business, can be employed by or affiliated with a PACA licensee, according to the USDA.
