Red Sun Farms has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for a fifth consecutive year.
The Best Managed program, now in its 25th year, chooses from among hundreds of competing Canadian-owned and managed businesses with revenues of more than $15 million based on their strategy, capability and commitment to sustainable growth. The program is sponsored by Deloitte, CIBC, Canadian Business Magazine, Queen’s Smith School of Business, MacKay CEO Forums, and the TMX Group.
“This recognition is directly related to two key components of our organization,” chief operations officer Carlos Visconti said in a news release. “One is our vertically integrated business model, which controls every aspect of production process from seed selection to delivery, and two is our fantastic team of employees that make Red Sun Farms who we are.”
