Sunkist Growers is bringing lots of citrus for attendees of the April 24-26 Canadian Produce Marketing Association convention and trade show to sample at its booth.

Peak season springtime citrus varieties that Sunkist offers include cara cara, blood and navel oranges, minneola tangelos, California mandarins, Ojai pixie tangerines and gold nugget mandarins, according to a news release. Also at Sunkist’s booth will be Chef Jill Davie, who will offer culinary tips on using and pairing citrus varieties for maximum flavor and distinctiveness.

“Citrus demand continues to build along with consumer interest in fresh, healthy and natural lifestyle choices. Sunkist is excited to highlight springtime citrus varieties and promotional opportunities in Vancouver,” Joan Wickham, Sunkist director of communications, said in the release. “This time of year lends itself to so many usage occasions for citrus — from refreshing seasonal food and beverage recipes, bright décor and even spring cleaning.”

Sunkist will also display its retail marketing materials and have staff on hand to discuss customizable programs and promotional opportunities with attendees.

Sunkist Growers will exhibit at booth No. 731, according to the release.
