Tanimura & Antle is set to launch a three-week “New Year — Fresh Start” promotion running Jan. 9-30 and featuring the company’s Artisan Lettuce and Artisan Romaine.
The promotion aims to engage trade and consumer audiences, and includes a consumer sweepstakes, retailer incentives, store signage, online content and a promotional Artisan Lettuce label, according to a news release.
The promotional label sends consumers to a landing page where they can enter the sweepstakes and get tips on healthy eating. The sweepstakes features 20 prizes, including a FitBit Blaze, reusable grocery bag, sports water bottle and salad bowl kit, according to the release.
The company has also enlisted four blogger-influencers to support the healthy eating focus with Facebook Live events and blog posts.
“Tanimura & Antle Artisan Lettuce and Artisan Romaine have emerged as two of our most popular products over the last few years and are among our key differentiators as a company,” said Jeffrey Jackson, chief marketing officer, in the release. “Historically Tanimura & Antle promotions have proved to engage consumers and build brand equity in our Artisan product line.”
In addition to store signage, recipe tear pads and social media content, the Salinas, Calif.-based company is also offering participating retail customers the chance to win a FitBit Blaze.
“We’re excited to start 2018 by supporting our retail partners with this promotion and to have the opportunity to connect with our consumer fans,” said Ashley Pipkin, senior manager of marketing, in the release.
