Aguigato LLC, McAllen, Texas, has satisfied a U.S. Department of Agriculture order for unpaid Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act claims.

The company paid the $4,130 reparation order issued under the PACA for unpaid produce transactions, according to a USDA news release.

The company can continue to operate in the industry again after successfully applying for a PACA license from the USDA. 

Erica Aguirre, listed as the sole member and manager of the business, may now be employed or affiliated with a PACA licensee, according to the release.
