Ridge Spring, S.C.-based Titan Farms is ready to kick off another season of South Carolina peaches this week, ahead of Memorial Day celebrations.
“We had an optimal winter that will provide our customers with a great-tasting peach throughout the season,” Daryl Johnston, Titan Farms vice president of sales and marketing, said in a news release. “With an increasing interest in consumer packs, especially the 2-pound bag, volume fill and retail promotions, we’re looking forward to an exciting year with our partners.”
Titan Farms has more than 6,000 acres of peaches in production. The vertically integrated peach grower packs and sells its peaches. The crop will be available from the end of May through early September at retailers nationwide.
