Total Quality Logistics is helping the public thank U.S. military members through cards, and the industry can contribute to service orgs through the logistics company.

TQL sponsors several programs to help military members and their families “to reflect on the sacrifices that service members and their families make to ensure our freedom,” TQL President Kerry Berne said in a news release.

Those programs include:

  • Thank a Soldier Campaign: Members of the public can find patriotic thank-you cards at tql.com/heroes through May 31. Visitors can write a personal note and TQL will pay to print and mail the cards to service members. Last year, more than 1,000 cards were sent to U.S. service members in Jordan.
  • Hauls for Heroes: The company will donate a portion of every load booked from May 13-19 to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and the United Service Organizations (USO). It has raised $187,000 since it was first presented.
  • Tribute Wall: At its corporate headquarters, TQL has a tribute wall, allowing employees to post ribbons in recognition of service members. The company also has a virtual tribute wall https://www.tql.com/heroes, for anyone to honor a service member.
