The U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council has launched a podcast, “The Business of Blueberries,” aiming to bring the blueberry industry together.

“We’re going to start by releasing these episodes every other week for June and July, then more frequently starting in August,” according to a news release.

Hosted by Kasey Cronquist, president of USHBC, and Rod Cook, chair of USHBC’s blueberry technology and innovation committee, the podcast will feature a minimum of one guest each and a crop report to update the industry on crop and market conditions.

The first episode will feature growers Neil Moore in North Carolina, Bill Steed in California and Denny Doyle in New Jersey for the crop report.
