The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act administrative complaint against the Enson Group LLC, doing business as Eternal Food Service.

The Cincinnati company failed to pay 12 produce sellers $707,592 for product received from December 2017 through April 2019, according to a news release.
Enson Group LLC can request a hearing to refute the claims.

If the USDA finds the company violated the PACA, it would be barred from operating in the industry as a licensee for three years, or two years with a USDA-approved surety bond. Company principals can be barred from the industry for three years, or two with an approved surety bond, according to the release.
