Clovis, Calif..-based Academy Fruit Co. LLC has satisfied a reparation order in the amount of $104,195 issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act involving unpaid produce transactions.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported that the company can continue operating in the produce industry upon applying for and being issued a PACA license. Jayson Paul Scarborough was listed as a member of the business and may now be employed by and affiliated with any PACA licensee, according to the release.
