Village Farms is taking its full line of Texas Grown products to display at the April 5-7 Viva Fresh Produce Expo in San Antonio.

Heathrow, Fla.-based Village Farms will be at booth no. 129 will all its specialty tomatoes, including the Heavenly Villagio Marzano, Cabernet Estate Reserve, Cherry no. 9 Fall in Love Again, True Rebel Mix, Lip Smackn’ Grape and Sinfully Sweet Campari, as well as newest variety Lorabella Blossom, according to a news release.

The company markets its Texas Grown tomatoes-on-the-vine as Delectable TOV, its romas as Savory Romas, its beefsteaks as Juicy Beefsteaks and its long English cucumbers as Luscious Seedless Long English, according to the release.

Village Farms’ Lorabella Blossom tomato is a finalist in Viva Fresh’s Gateway to Innovation Awards, and will be displayed in the show’s featured product showcase.

Lorabella Blossom is part of the San Marzano tomato family and has a “vibrant orange blissfully bright color with a nutty smooth citrus honey essence,” said Helen Aquino, director of brand marketing and communications, in the release.

Representing the company at the show are Lyra Vance, director of strategic business and sales development; Michael Minerva, senior vice president of grower relations and supply development; Carlos Flores, district sales and fulfillment manager; and Kain Cartwright, sales support representative, according to the release.
