Weber Scientific’s new sanitation tool produces a test result an order of magnitude or higher than competitive products.

The Hamilton, N.J., company distributes Kikkoman’s new LuciPac A3 Sanitation System, which uses bioluminescence for monitoring sanitation and hygiene, according to a news release.

Application of bioluminescence is well established in the global food, beverage and environmental industry as a good tool for measuring the efficacy of cleaning and sanitation of facility environments and equipment, and for providing a means to quickly validate that effective cleaning and sanitation have occurred, according to the release.

“With the Kikkoman A3 System you can find what others can’t,” said Sharon Wilson, vice president of marketing at Weber Scientific, in the release. “This revolutionary technology leaves residue with no place to hide.”
