Though white lilies might be the traditional flower people think of in connection with Easter celebrations, supermarkets shouldn't stop there with their springtime floral offerings, says Donna Vis, president of Oxnard, Calif.-based River Ridge Farms.

“I think people are looking for something that’s more interesting, newer and a little bit different,” she says.
