Winter is good for business for Touchstone & Associates Inc., a 51-year-old San Antonio-based brokerage. 

That’s because school is in session and the company’s foodservice customers are buying up a variety of oranges, lemons, potatoes and mixed vegetables the company offers in both full and combination loads, said Trey Touchstone, owner and president.
