Currently the product, which won a packaging award at the Canadian Produce Marketing Association convention, is being used by Salinas, Calif.-based Growers Express for a value-added potato product under the Green Giant Fresh label.

The company also talked about its new Gold Standard campaign, which includes gold petals that can be used as point-of-sale material.
