Avocado recall causes social media buzz

Henry Avocado Corp., Escondido, Calif., is voluntarily recalling California avocados from retail stores in six states after a positive Listeria monocytogenes test at its packing facility. Since then, Twitter and other social platforms have been disseminating the recall at an astronomical rate.  Some of the major sources commenting on the situation include: USDA, Bloomberg, ABC, CNN, ABC World News Tonight, USA Today, and The New York Times, just to name a few.
