Baldor Specialty Foods to host expo in Manhattan

Bronx, N.Y.-based Baldor Specialty Foods is connecting chefs and suppliers through Baldor Bite 2020, an all-day expo.

The April 28th event in the historic Seaport district of lower Manhattan promotes responsible sourcing “and unabashed noshing,” according to the company’s website, https://www.baldorfood.com/bite. The event offers plenty of samples and networking opportunities.

More than 150 exhibitors, including many fresh produce companies, will represent a wide spectrum of products and sectors of the food industry. There will be product and cooking demonstrations, competitions and giveaways.

Presented by WeWork FoodLabs, there will be several panel discussions, and Baldor will showcase growers who work at the source of their produce, at the Farm Stand.

For more information or to buy tickets for the event, visit https://www.baldorfood.com/bite.
