Church Brothers Farms promotes Rick Russo, Jeff Church

Church Brothers Farms, Salinas, Calif., has promoted Jeff Church to chief operations officer and Rick Russo to senior vice president of sales and marketing.

They report to CEO Brian Church, according to a news release.

Jeff Church was vice president of sales.

Russo joined Church Brothers in October as vice president of strategic growth in planning, and before that he was at Mann Packing for almost 10 years, including vice president of sales and marketing.

Jeff Church will collaborate with all company departments on strategic objectives. He’s also in charge of exploring new business channels, according to the release.

Russo is in charge of sales plans, new product development objectives and marketing plans for trade shows and ad campaigns.

“We look forward to Jeff and Rick’s continued strategic support of the company as we move forward during these challenging times,” Brian Church said in the release.
