Jen Warner joins Raley’s as chief administrative officer

Raley’s has hired Jen Warner as chief administrative officer, overseeing the company’s food safety, sustainability and other programs.
Warner’s other responsibilities at the retailer include corporate strategy, risk management, social and governance programs, according to a news release.

She most recently was vice president of legal at Columbia Sportswear Co., and also was chief development officer at Asheworks Inc. and global chief compliance officer and general counsel of the Americas at XPO Logistics.

Warner is a member of Raley’s executive leadership team, reporting to Keith Knopf, president and CEO.

“She places emphasis on achieving positive outcomes while doing so in a collaborative and socially responsible manner,” Knopf said in the release.

“Her broad experience will complement the already strong Raley’s leadership team.”
