United Fresh offers Cornell leadership program

The United Fresh Produce Association is offering a leadership program with Cornell University at the United Fresh LIVE! online event.

Leading Through Crisis: The Path Forward for the Fresh Produce Industry, a five-part workshop series, will be offered June 15-19. Cornell University instructors will lead the sessions, according to a news release.

The sessions will cover these presentations:

  • Values-driven leadership and critical thinking;
  • VUCA leadership (Volatile, Uncertain, Chaotic and Ambiguous);
  • Planning supply chains for resiliency;
  • Communicating through a crisis; and
  • State of the industry: A forecast for the future.

Attendees will earn a certificate from Cornell University after the sessions.

The leadership series will be offered through the United Fresh LIVE! virtual platform.
