Raley’s promotes Laura Croff in human relations

Raley’s, West Sacramento, Calif., has promoted Laura Croff to senior vice president of people.

She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s human resources strategies.

She will work with the company’s executive committee to “ensure Raley’s continues to elevate a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best teams” according to a news release.

Croff was promoted from senior director of human resources to vice president of people in December 2018.

She has been at Raley’s for 13 years in various human resources and labor relations.

“Her focus on our business strategies and team member experience and ongoing dedication to advancing Raley’s social responsibility have and will continue to make a difference,” Keith Knopf, Raley’s president and CEO, said in the release.
