Mission Produce promotes Stephen Fink to VP of NA sales

Mission Produce, Oxnard, Calif., has promoted Stephen Fink to vice president of North American Sales.

Fink has eight years of experience in avocado sales and was most recently senior director of sales at Mission.

He joined the company as replenishment analyst in mid-2012, and has also been sales representative and director of sales planning. He spent a year at LGS Specialty Sales as avocado category manager before returning to Mission in early 2019.

His new role at Mission includes overseeing retail, foodservice and wholesale sales strategies throughout North America, according to a news release. He also manages the sales team and support staff.

“Mission recognizes employees for their leadership and dedication and this promotion reflects that,” Ross Wileman, senior vice president of sales and marketing, said in the release. “Stephen has made invaluable contributions to our domestic sales division, and his background and skills will help further build our retail, foodservice and wholesale businesses.”  

Fink said this is s pivotal stage of avocado growth in the U.S.

“We have a strong sales team, and I am looking forward to reinforcing Mission’s commitment to servicing customers and maintaining a market lead position,” he said in the release.
