USA Pears launches Instagram filter for campaign
USA Pears is asking consumers: What is your pear-sonality?
To find out, the Pear Bureau Northwest, with social media company Sparkloft Media, launched an Instagram filter to help market the fruit as the season continues, according to a news release.
The ongoing campaign is a way to showcase the new messaging for pears — personalities developed for each type, with full image and messaging content.
The augmented reality filter, which can be experienced by searching for “USA Pears” on the Instagram Stories platform, highlights the different marketing capabilities growers and producers can use to increase awareness and sales throughout the season.
