Conversations at WCPE: Produce Retailer of the Year Jeff Cady on building strong teams

Jeff Cady, director of produce and floral for Tops Friendly Markets — and the 2020 Produce Retailer of the Year — will speak Nov. 11 at the West Coast Produce Expo about the process of developing a great produce team.

The discussion with Cady, who was also honored this year as one of the Produce Marketing Association’s Retail Merchant Innovation Award winners, will include ideas and insight on cultivating talent across the retail produce hierarchy, from managers to buyers to merchandisers to category managers.

The session featuring Cady will debut at 12 p.m. CST on Nov. 11. Registration for this year’s event is free.
