New Product Review — Broccoli, cauliflower and more in Season & Steam line

Curious about the new items in the Season & Steam lineup from Ocean Mist Farms? Retail editor Ashley Nickle and copy editor and designer Amelia Freidline tried them out in this latest episode of Millennials Eat.

The Season & Steam line features resealable packaging that allows consumers to add whatever combination of seasoning they want before cooking the fresh-cut vegetables in the microwave. The latest items in the line take three minutes to steam, and the bag needs to stand for one minute after cooking. Then the dish is complete.

The items in the line that are new this fall are:

  • Broccoli florets
  • Cauliflower florets
  • Floret medley
  • Vegetable medley
  • Cauliflower rice

Other items in the Season & Steam line include artichokes, sweet baby broccoli, Brussels sprouts, halved Brussels sprouts and shredded Brussels sprouts.
