Litehouse features two new brands at West Coast Produce Expo
Sandpoint, Idaho-based Litehouse featured two new brands at its virtual booth at the Nov. 9-13 West Coast Produce Expo.
In April, Green Garden will launch into three categories: dressings, dips and the vegetarian set (mayo). The line is plant-based, non-GMO and has no added sugars.
Launching in February, Purely Balanced is a line of Greek yogurt dressings in 9-ounce squeeze containers with no added sugars created for on-the-go millennial parents and young professionals.
Litehouse started at a Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family over 50 years ago. Since then, it has created refrigerated salad dressings, dips, cheese and other consumer packaged goods, manufactured at its five facilities based in Idaho, Michigan, Utah and Virginia.
The products are sold through general retail, e-commerce, foodservice, deli, member stores and in value-added goods such as meal and salad kits.
