Leamington, Ontario-based Pure Hothouse Foods, which markets products under the Pure Flavor brand, showcases a variety of new items, including Uno Bites nano cucumbers and RedRoyals cherry tomatoes on the vine.

The company also promotes shishito peppers, an organic lineup and Craft House Collection products. A video at the booth shows the growing and packing of greenhouse-grown cucumbers. WCPE Wholly Guacamole

Orange, Calif.-based MegaMex Foods features two new products from its Wholly Guacamole brand: diced avocado and smashed avocado. The items were designed based on research about consumer pain points with avocado, according to a video shown in the booth.

To promote the new items, Wholly Guacamole has a new ad that features avocado characters at varying stages of ripeness, none of them ready to eat. The video concludes by advising consumers to “leave tricky avocados to us.”
