Fresh Produce & Floral Council charity auction is set for Dec. 17

The Fresh Produce & Floral Council is holding will be holding its annual holiday charity auction virtually this year. 

The event is set for Dec. 17 at 12 noon Pacific, according to a news release.

All donations received from the silent and live auctions will support Caterina’s Club and Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, according to the release. In 2019, the council raised $121,715 for those non-profit organizations.

During the live auction, the release said the council will have a guest auctioneer, Chef Bruno of Caterina’s Club, and Harald Herrmann of Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.

The silent auction will open on Dec. 10. Registration for the event is available online.
