Packaging group names new executive director
The Institute of Packaging Professionals has selected Jane Chase as executive director.
Chase has more than 20 years of experience with the group. Her roles with the organization have included chairwoman of the board of directors, instructor for the Fundamentals of Packaging Technology training class and an AmeriStar packaging competition judge, according to a news release.
She also previously worked for the Schwan Food Co., US Food Service, ConAgra Foods, Ecolab, General Mills and SC Johnson, according to the release, as well as having served on the PMMI Packaging Management Council and the University of Wisconsin’s Stout Construction Program Industrial Advisory Committee.
Chase succeeds Patrick Farrey.
