Divine Flavor looks for boost in volume
With expanded acreage in Sonora, Mexico, Nogales, Ariz.-based Divine Flavor LLC expects to grow its volume by about 25%, said Michael DuPuis, quality assurance and public relations coordinator. “We are excited that we have strategies in place that have actually expanded our volume and our reach for 2021,” he said. The firm’s grape harvest timing is similar to the 2020 season in Sonora. In some earlier years, early reds and greens would be underway by the second week of May, while during the past couple of years the start has been delayed to the third week of May.
