DMA Solution's blog celebrates 10 years, promotes editor

Dallas-based DMA Solutions Inc.’s The Core blog is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.

Mackenzie Wortham, the blog’s editor, has also been promoted to account director, according to a news release.

“For 10 years we’ve shared our knowledge and expertise about fresh produce marketing as via The Core blog,” Dan’l Mackey Almy, president and CEO, said in the release. “Over that time, readership and subscriptions to The Core blog have grown significantly indicating a need for an elevated approach to marketing, branding and differentiation in our industry.”

Blog posts on social media marketing, branding and leadership are the most popular among its readers, according to the release.

Wortham has been with DMA Solutions for five years, with three years as lead publishing for the blog.

“One of the attributes I value most about Mackenzie is the way she leads with the ‘why’ when shaping blog content for The Core and when strategizing on behalf of our brand partners,” Almy said in the release.

“When I think about my promotion at DMA Solutions, I think about the companies that have trusted me and the DMA Solutions team to manage their brands’ growth over the years and I am grateful for the experience,” Wortham said in the release.
