Newark, N.J.-based indoor vertical greens grower and agtech company AeroFarms is bursting with positive changes, which reflect what's happening overall in controlled environment agriculture.
Dane Almassy, who joined the company as vice president of sales, teams up with Marc Oshima, cofounder and chief marketing officer, to tell us about what's going on.
First, there's a major rebranding of the company, from its website to package design and logo. There's the expanded and new line of baby and microgreens using a FlavorSpectrum concept. There's the groundbreaking in Virginia.
And there's the CEASafe certification coming soon for the whole indoor sector of agriculture.
