Should there be a voluntary symbol for “healthy food”? Kroger chimes in — I find it interesting that Kroger advocates to the FDA to ensure that bulk fresh produce without a label should still have the “healthy” symbol prominently displayed.

Max Teplitski of PMA on the “healthy” symbol; don't forget floral — No need to quibble; all fruits and vegetables should qualify for  “healthy” labeling, but a case can be made for flowers as well.

Slower — or steadier — market for New York crops expected — After such a rollercoaster in 2020, the state’s growers, shippers and marketers don’t know what to expect for 2021.
