Scot Olson has been president of North/PNW divisions at FreshSource, Inc, since 2018. FreshSource is a premier in-store merchandising and retail sales company that provides sales & merchandising solutions for brands, both large and small. From 1986 until early 2002, Scot was with Albertsons in the Northern California and the Midwest markets. In 2002, he joined Don Murphy in building a produce operation from scratch with Grocery Outlet Inc. until his current position with FreshSource.

Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly has been the CEO of Emerald Packaging, Inc. since 2002. Emerald Packaging is the largest produce flexible packaging supplier in the country. Kevin has helped write legislation in California regarding the use of the term biodegradable in packaging, resin pellet containment and store take-back programs. Recently, he has advocated for the produce industry on plastics legislation in Sacramento. He sits on the boards of the Western Plastics Association and the Flexible Packaging Association. Kip Martin is the produce category merchant on the Produce Buying Team for Raley’s Family of Fine Stores. He has been in the produce retail business for over 30 years. After seven years working in the family business, Kip worked for Bel Air Markets as a produce clerk and later became a produce manager. In 2001, he became a produce and floral supervisor for the parent company, Raley's Family of Fine Stores. He is widely recognized as a leader in retail produce merchandising. Cook

Brian Cook is the CEO of Hollandia Produce/Pete’s, a leading produce company that specializes in hydroponic greenhouse grown lettuce and cress under the Pete’s & Humble Roots brands. Previously, Brian was the director of Sales & Marketing with San Miguel Produce. Brian currently serves as a board member and the immediate past chairman for the Fresh Produce & Floral Council and is on the advisory board for the Ventura College Agriculture department.  Holden

Senior Brand Manager, Mariani Nut Company

Kristen Holden is the Senior Brand Manager for Mariani Nut Company. Mariani has grown to be one of the largest, privately-held walnut and almond processors in the world. Kristen had a non-traditional route to the produce world. After spending nearly a decade in the energy business, she decided to take her commercial expertise closer to home with the Mariani family with whom she grew up. At Mariani she is serving as an agent for change, challenging the status quo from a sales & marketing perspective and ensuring they have a diverse portfolio for long-term success in the ever-evolving retail space.
