Prima Wawona announces new director of marketing

Lisa (Davis) Corrigan, has been hired as Director of Marketing for Prima Wawona.

In this new venture Corrigan will lead marketing for Prima Wawona on products, brand and industry relations. She will be responsible for the strategic brand positioning, product line strategy, innovation, product portfolio and the overall marketing of the company.

Prior to joining Prima Wawona, Corrigan was the Director of Business Development at Bonduelle Fresh Americas one of the largest salad suppliers in the United States.  She has over 20 years of experience in the fresh produce industry where she has served as Marketing Director, Vice President of Sales (West), Business Development and Agriculture Customer Relations.

Educated at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Corrigan is a double major in Landscape Architecture and Agriculture Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. Lisa has served as vice chair for PMA’s Fresh Summit Committee 2013 and chaired the committee in 2014. She also served on the United Fresh Produce Association Marketing Expertise Committee and will continue to serve on the International Fresh Produce Association’s Marketing Council.
