Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has been named to the Forbes list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2022, an independently compiled list of companies with excellent career opportunities and culture.

“We have always been very focused on creating an environment that values culture and community,” said Kerry Byrne, TQL President. “We are proud to receive this recognition from Forbes, particularly during this supply chain crisis, which has been challenging for our industry. This award it is a testament to our exceptional people and their tremendous work ethic.”

TQL has been recognized with over 600 industry and workplace awards since 2004. This is the company’s first time on the Forbes America’s Best Large Employers list and is the highest-ranking freight brokerage firm.

Forbes and Statista Inc. selected the America’s Best Employers 2022 through an independent survey applied to a sample of approximately 60,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 employees in America. Across 25 industry sectors, 1,000 employers have been awarded, 500 large employers and 500 midsize employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. TQL has 8,000+ employees across 56 nationwide offices.
