LONDON At a Marks and Spencer Foodhall in central London, or M&S Foodhall as it is billed here, fresh vegetables are on the menu this Valentine’s Day. The fresh-focused grocer is offering an inflation-busting “dine in” promotion this holiday that includes a starter, main dish, side, dessert and a bottle of Prosecco, wine or soft drink, for just 20 pounds — about $24. Many of the side dishes from which shoppers may choose are vegetable-centric, such as asparagus spears; carrots, purple sprouting broccoli and fine beans; rosemary hasselback potatoes; a green vegetable medley; triple-cooked chips (french fries); and potato dauphinoise. M&S Foodhall herbs
