Utah produce firm awarded $63.7M federal contract to supply fresh fruits and vegetables

Triple B. Corp., doing business as Charlie’s Produce, Salt Lake City, Utah, has been awarded a maximum $63.7 million federal contract to supply fresh fruits and vegetables. 

This contract was a competitive acquisition with three responses received, according to a news release. The contract is five-years with no option period and an ordering period end date of March 18, 2028. 

Customers are the Army, Air Force and Department of Agriculture schools and reservations, the release said.

The contracting agency is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, the release said.
