Revolution Farms recalls all lettuce for possible listeria contamination
Revolution Farms LLC of Caledonia, Mich., is recalling all products and date codes sold under its Revolution Farms Brand due to possible listeria contamination. The announcement is an expansion of an earlier recall on April 5, 2023.
The Michigan Department of Agriculture received a positive result for listeria in a random sample test of a 5-ounce package of Revolution Farms Green Sweet Crisp that included a best-by date of April 2, 2023. The recall was voluntarily expanded on April 6, 2023, when the recalled product was epidemiologically linked with a multistate outbreak of listeriosis.
The investigation is ongoing, and those who think they may have become ill from something they ate are advised to seek immediate medical attention.
