For the dad who loves vegetables or the dad who loves grilling, there’s an affordable, convenient option this Father’s Day from Kroger Delivery, the retailer says.

Cincinnati-based The Kroger Co. has shared holiday meal ideas that will save money and time for his loved ones as they gather to make a special meal, according to a news release.

“Give Dad the gift of your time and let Kroger Delivery do the shopping,” Kroger Vice President of Our Brands Juan De Paoli said in the release.

Shoppers can save more by using Boost by Kroger Plus, the grocery delivery membership that can save customers up to $1,000 a year on fuel and grocery delivery, the release said. The membership provides customers unlimited free grocery delivery on orders of $35 or more, fuel discounts of up to $1 per gallon and additional savings on Our Brands products. Eligible customers can try the Boost membership with a free 30-day trial and subscribe on a monthly basis starting at $7.99.

The retailer suggests several dining ideas for dad, all under $7 per person when feeding a crowd of six.

For the dad who loves vegetables:

  • Build your own salad starting with Kroger romaine lettuce hearts and top with avocado, Kroger grape tomatoes, red onion, radish, cucumber, Kroger shredded carrots and Private Selection crumbled traditional feta cheese, all tossed in his favorite dressing.
  • Add salmon or beef for a boost of protein.
  • Try a Bakery Fresh Goodness lemon bundt cake for dessert.
