NABC to explore 'inspiring possibilities' at Blueberry Summit

The Folsom, Calif.-based North American Blueberry Council will hold its Blueberry Summit in Savannah, Ga., Sept. 27-29.
The summit is an opportunity for members of the blueberry industry to “explore all of the inspiring possibilities for blueberries” as well as to recognize industry pioneers and thought leaders who have made an impact on the industry, according to an event announcement.
Honors to be presented include the NABC Blueberry Hall of fame award; the Duke Galletta Award, which recognizes excellence in blueberry horticultural research; and the Alex Wetherbee Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions to the blueberry industry in marketing and promotion.
