DULUTH, Ga. — The AVO Braves Chevy Bolt EUV has been making rounds to Atlanta-area Kroger stores in promotion of The Ultimate Baseball Sweepstakes, courtesy of a partnership with Avocados from Peru and the Atlanta Braves.

The custom-wrapped vehicle — one of the sweepstakes' grand prizes — drew the attention of Kroger shoppers during an Aug. 19 stop. Along with getting an up-close look at the EUV, visitors could enter the sweepstakes on-site and choose among a selection of swag, such as Braves and Avocados from Peru baseball caps and a bobblehead figurine of Braves star outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr.

Visitors could also don a Braves jersey and baseball gear to have their picture taken against a backdrop of a Truist Park crowd.

The sweepstakes, which runs through Sept. 15, 2023, also includes a VIP Braves experience and a $2,000 Kroger shopping spree among its prizes. Fans can enter for a chance to win by visiting the AVO Braves website or by following @avosfromperu on Instagram. (Only legal residents of the 48 contiguous states are eligible to win.)

“It is a pleasure for Avocados from Peru to join the Atlanta Braves team,” Xavier Equihua, president and CEO of the Washington, D.C.-based Peruvian Avocado Commission, previously said in a news release. “We are looking forward to helping the Braves create a unique summer sweepstakes giveaway while promoting the importance of eating healthy and living green through a series of multiplatform tactics.”
