Side Delights promotes summer potatoes

Fresh Solutions Network, San Francisco, Calif., is conducting monthly summer promotions for Side Delights potatoes.

“Meet your new flame” in June, “Star spangled steamables” in July, and “Grill potatoes” in August will include themed in-store merchandise displays and point-of-purchase signage with quick-response codes that link to Side Delights recipes.

“Summer is grilling season and the perfect time to prompt shoppers to add potatoes — America’s most popular vegetable — to their grocery list,” Kathleen Triou, president and CEO of Fresh Solutions Network, said in a news release. “The Side Delights celebration of summer promotional program is designed to inspire summer shoppers to purchase potatoes with eye-catching (point-of-sale) and creative recipes.”

The promotion is available now through Fresh Solutions Network at www.freshsolutionsnet.com.
